Port Royal Nelsons Walk Home
We remodeled this gorgeous estate home on Nelsons Walk in multiple phases. The oversized lot accommodated the addition of a detached three-car garage with guest quarters above that included a living room and kitchen. We enlarged the main house with an expanded master bath and closet, a media room with a wet bar, and an additional story with two bedrooms and baths. Finally, we reimagined the exterior including the outdoor living spaces behind the home.
Park Shore Le Ciel Condo
This stunning home at Le Ciel Venetian Tower with views of Venetian Bay and the Gulf of Mexico was completely reimagined. A pastel palette accented by marble and dark woods maximize the natural light throughout, beginning in the foyer, to the kitchen, dining area, great room, living room, master bedroom and bath, powder room, study and more.
The Moorings Admiralty Point Condo I
Intimate size. Maximum impact. This exquisite two-bedroom, two and-a-half-bath apartment was completely transformed with innovative additions of specific finishes, like inset mirrors, dramatic ceiling details, space-conserving hideaway beds, large windows and eye-catching floor and countertop stone.
Port Royal Gordon Drive Home
Rich, dark wood furnishings, wall accents, ceiling details and floors pervade this incredible estate home overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The warmth of natural wood makes a transition in the master bedroom towards the cooler neutrals of the master bath and outdoor spaces. Dramatically high tray ceilings in the dining room area, adorned with wood, and the master bedroom, peacefully white, add remarkable visual interest.
The Moorings Lion’s Gate Condo I
This 2,100-square-foot condo epitomizes transitional design. By reconfiguring the entire floor plan, we opened space for an additional powder room, expanded closet space in the master suite, gave the guest bathrooms a contemporary look with wall treatments and fixtures, and created a sense of greater spaciousness in the kitchen-living-dining area.

We completely remodeled this magnificent three-bedroom beachfront condo. With a newly designed floor plan that included a great room, guest rooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and master suite, we also found space for a powder room. Contemporary blonde woods, pastel walls and an open-concept interior generate airiness and a soothing ambiance.
Park Shore Meridian Condo
Stunning veneers in full-fill finishes and unique materials throughout distinguish this glamorous 2,200-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condominium. Curving lines, and oval focal points lead the eye from room to room, enhancing the sense of spaciousness.

Everywhere you look is magnum opus. A relieve of a classic face. A mosaic that fills a hallway. A framed contemporary painting in a lit niche. Miniature, ancient-Egyptian-inspired statuary. For today’s more casual, family-friendly lifestyles, this Pelican Bay home on Tamarind Court is perfect. The kitchen, family room, front entry and several bathrooms were extensively rearranged to accomplish the transition from “grand” to “relaxed,” along with new finishes throughout. We drew an entirely new floor plan from scratch that included some unique features, such as the walk-in wine cellar and oval kitchen. The contemporary European styling and neutral color palette soothingly complement the outstanding beach views.
